By accessing or using Qord (available at qord.in, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including property owners, team members, and guest portal users.
Qord is a property management platform designed for homestay and short-term rental owners. The Service enables you to:
As a property owner, you may invite team members (e.g., caretakers) to help manage your properties. You are solely responsible for the individuals you grant access to and the content you share through the Service. Qord is not liable for any actions taken by your team members.
You retain full ownership of all content you upload — including property descriptions, photos, instructions, and guest data. By using the Service, you grant Qord a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you. We will never sell or share your content with third parties for marketing purposes.

Access to Qord's paid features is provided on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
We reserve the right to change the pricing of our subscription plans at any time. If we increase the price of your current plan, we will provide you with at least 30 days' advance notice via email to your registered address before the new pricing takes effect on your account.
If you do not agree with the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period. Cancellations do not entitle you to a refund for the current billing cycle except as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Calendar sync on cancellation: Upon subscription cancellation or suspension, calendar synchronisation with third-party platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) will continue for up to 24 hours to ensure any pending bookings are captured. After this period, iCal export and import will be paused until the subscription is reactivated. New bookings cannot be created via Qord during a suspended or cancelled subscription.
Qord integrates with third-party services including Google (for authentication), Razorpay (for payment processing), and respective OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com) for calendar synchronisation. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and policies. Qord is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Service. We are not liable for any loss of data, missed bookings, or service interruptions arising from technical failures, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qord shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or service downtime, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid to Qord in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
